1. Scope of Services

• Dance training programs for students
• Syllabus-based learning structure
• Level examinations & certifications
• Studio & school affiliation programs
• Trainer recruitment & certification
• Workshops, events, competitions
• Online classes and learning materials
• Merchandise and training products

2. Account Creation

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login details
• Parents must create accounts for minors
• OSD may suspend accounts for misuse or false information

3. Use of Online Learning Content

OSD owns all videos, syllabus documents, textbooks, and course material. You may NOT:

• Record, copy, or redistribute content
• Share login access with others
• Upload OSD content online
• Use OSD content for teaching without license

Violations result in immediate termination and legal action.

4. Student Enrollment & Training Rules

• Students agree to follow trainer instructions
• Physical activity risks are acknowledged
• OSD is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes
• Level promotion is based solely on OSD examiners’ evaluation

5. Events, Workshops & Competitions

• OSD may alter schedules or formats
• Events may have eligibility rules
• Participants must follow safety guidelines
• Media captured will be used for promotional content
• OSD holds the right to refuse entry for misconduct

6. Affiliation Program Rules

Studios or schools joining OSD must sign a separate Affiliation Agreement outlining:

• Branding usage rights
• Syllabus licensing
• Trainer assignment rules
• Student reporting requirements
• Revenue/fee structure

Website Terms do not replace these agreements.

7. Payments & Fees

All payments for services must be made via approved channels. OSD is not responsible for:

• Bank delays or errors
• Transaction failures
• Double-charges from third-party gateways

Once paid, fees follow our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

OSD owns:

• Logo & trademark
• Textbook & syllabus
• Training videos
• Website & app design
• Photography and videography from events

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination of Service

OSD may terminate or restrict access to services if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud is detected
• Payment is overdue
• Content misuse occurs
• Safety concerns arise

10. Limitation of Liability

OSD is not liable for:

• Injuries caused during dance practice
• Loss of personal items during events
• Website downtime or technical issues
• Actions of external partners
• Unauthorized use of accounts

Users participate at their own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by United Arab Emirates law. Disputes will be handled exclusively in the Courts of Dubai.
