Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Classes & Training Programs

• Payments are non-refundable once a student is enrolled
• Refunds are not issued for missed classes
• Transfer to another batch/studio is subject to availability
• If OSD cancels a program, a full refund or credit voucher is issued

2. Workshops & Events

Refunds are provided only if:

• OSD cancels the event
• A scheduling conflict caused by OSD makes participation impossible

Otherwise:

• No refunds for change of mind
• No refunds for absence on the event day

3. Online Platform Access

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once access is granted
• Users are responsible for ensuring device compatibility
• Subscription upgrades/downgrades follow a no-refund policy

4. Merchandise

Refund only if:

• Item is damaged
• Wrong product delivered

Claims must be raised within 48 hours with photo proof.

No returns for:

• Size mismatch
• Personal preference
• Used/washed products

5. Affiliation Fees

Affiliation fees for studios and schools are strictly non-refundable as they include:

• Syllabus access
• Trainer onboarding
• Branding license
• Digital listing
• Admin setup

6. Exams & Certifications

• Exam fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
• Re-exam fees apply for failed attempts
• Certification printing fees are also non-refundable
